25 minutes Tai Chi and 25 minutes movements to improve strength, flexibility and balance.

Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention - evidence-based program created by the Tai Chi for Health Institute - Dr. Paul Lam. Slow and gentle Sun (soon) style Tai Chi sequences and Qigong exercises to improve balance, mobility, posture and mindfulness to help reduce stress and risk of falling. Intermediate level Yang style is added. Modifications provided as needed. Appropriate for individuals with arthritis and other chronic conditions.
All classes can be done seated or standing. Wear clothing that is easy to move in and flat, flexible fitness-type shoes or grip-socks that fully cover foot. Please no sandals or flip flops. Fragrance-free environment.
