(Seniors and Beginners)This gentle form of exercise is beneficial for enhancing and sustaining strength, flexibility, and balance, and could be the perfect activity for the rest of your life. Choose comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that don’t limit your range of motion, along with shoes that provide full foot coverage and a non-slip grip. Thin soles are preferable to help you feel the ground better. Grip socks are also permitted, but please refrain from going barefoot or wearing sandals during the class.

Fragrance-free environment – thank you! (Refrain from using any scented products, such as perfumes or colognes, scented hairspray/deodorant, scented laundry detergent, etc. until after class 😊

across from the library – in/by Gazebo

IMPORTANT:  This is a voluntary gathering – not a class – you are responsible for your own safety. We may be on a grassy surface or cement surface. Chairs or other balance support are not available unless you bring your own. Dress and protect for the weather, i.e., sunscreen, hats or layers to be cool or stay warm. Bring water – stay hydrated. Join me in leaving the area clean when we leave. Strongly recommend wearing shoes that cover and support the entire foot - no sandals, heel-less slip on, flip-flops, etc.). Keep in mind shoes may get wet depending on surface and weather.
