TAI CHI and QIQONG for HEALTH
Adult/Seniors Group Classes
Slow, gentle Tai Chi movements combined with Qigong exercises and mindful breathing to improve balance, flexibility, strength, posture and mental calm. Chairs available for seated/standing support. Appropriate for individuals living with arthritis/other chronic health conditions. Wear sneakers/flat, flexible shoes, or grip socks that provide full foot coverage.
