This two-hour workshop offers a safe and welcoming space to explore gentle, easy-to-follow Tai Chi movements. You’ll learn simple practices that support better balance and coordination, improve posture and body awareness, and encourage calm, relaxed breathing. No experience is needed — this workshop is especially suitable for older adults, those living with arthritis, or anyone looking to reduce their risk of falls. We’ll move at a comfortable pace, with the option to sit or stand throughout. A peaceful way to feel more grounded, centered, and connected.
