Slow, gentle Tai Chi movements combined with Qigong exercises and mindful breathing to improve balance, flexibility, strength, posture and mental calm. Chairs available for seated/standing support. Appropriate for individuals living with arthritis/other chronic health conditions. Wear sneakers/flat, flexible shoes, or grip socks that provide full foot coverage. Sun Style for Arthritis and Fall Prevention
Specifically designed for seniors and beginners, this class includes Qigong warm-ups and slow, gentle Sun (soon) style Tai Chi forms (modified as needed) to improve balance, flexibility and strength, while reducing fall risk.
Mindful breathing is incorporated to help reduce stress, enhance sleep, and foster mental clarity.
