This fun, practical fitness class is designed for older adults and adults with mobility challenges or disabilities who want to stay active and independent. Enjoy gentle, adaptable exercises that support everyday movement, including getting up from a chair, reaching, stretching, strengthening, and moving with greater confidence. Monday: Start your week moving, smiling, and feeling energized! Friday: Move, stretch, strengthen, and finish your week feeling good and ready for the weekend! Exercises can be adapted to your individual abilities, with seated and standing options available.
