Appropriate for individuals living with arthritis/other chronic health conditions. Wear sneakers/flat, flexible shoes, or grip socks that provide full foot coverage. Yang Style 16 Form
Specifically designed for seniors and beginners, this class includes Qigong warm-ups and slow, gentle Yang style Tai Chi forms (modified as needed) to improve balance, flexibility and strength, while reducing fall risk.
Mindful breathing is incorporated to help reduce stress, enhance sleep, and foster mental clarity.

Low-impact functional fitness exercises to build cardio, strength and mobility, enhancing your ability to perform everyday activities safely and efficiently. The session concludes with slow and gentle Tai Chi sequences designed to improve balance, posture, and mindfulness, helping to reduce stress and the risk of falling. Participate at own comfort level. for individuals with arthritis and other chronic conditions. Wear clothing easy to move in and sneakers or flat, flexible fitness-type shoes that fully cover the foot. Please no sandals or flip flops. Fragrance-free environment – thank you!
